The chitosan used creates a natural solution for cloudy pool water and is recycled waste from the seafood industry. Last year, SeaKlear® processed more than 900,000 pounds of shrimp and crab shells that otherwise could have ended up in a landfill. SeaKlear® refines this waste and turns it into 100% biodegradable, eco-friendly products that keep your pool and spa clean and clear.
In addition to requiring our manufacturing facilities to implement environmentally-friendly management systems based on environmental quality standards, SeaKlear® products come in recyclable containers reducing the amount of waste that ends up in landfills.
