As of September 15th, 2011 we have opened our doors Internationally.  Let us know where you are and what you need.  Chances are, we can get it there fast and affordably.  We have happy customers in Canada, Norway, New Zealand, Czech Republic and more!  Come on in; we're happy to help global customers seeking the best water on the planet.

Shipping | Methods

UPS, FedEx and the Post Office are our preferred shipping choices.  We prefer the Post Office which gets product across country in 3 days or around the world in 5-10 with receipt confirmation and a lot less money - and they deliver on Saturdays (love that!).

Did you know that by choosing your work address instead of your home address saves time AND money (about $4)? 

To keep things simple, Love Your Hot Tub charges a flat rate of $7.95 per order, ground services only and only in the Continental United States.  If you live in outlying US territories, additional shipping fees apply.

Returns

Waste Not, Want Not.  Returning stuff takes a lot of time, money and energy. 

Get what you need the first time.  We promise to guide you properly into the product(s) that fit your needs.  If there's a doubt, don't buy it.  Contact us first and let us help:

But, let's say someone got you the wrong product, or you really thought you were buying the right product, or say we messed your order up.  You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
