DEL Ozone retired the 5-0400 UV Lamp and the products it went into, but we have TWO left!

DELZONE UV Replacement Lamp 5-0400 is for for the following discontinued units:

  • ZO-300 DELZONE Spa Ozone Generators
  • ZO-302 DELZONE Spa Ozone Generators
  • ZO-312 DELZONE Spa Ozone Generators

5-0400 UV Lamp Specifications:

  • 11 1/4"L x 3/4"D
  • 32V, 15W
  • 4-pin (there is no preferred installation direction)
  • No grommet
  • Is not potted
  • Expected Life:  3-5 years (9,000 hours of operation)
  • Mercury, glass lamp (dispose of properly; see below)

Careful:  Do not touch lamp!  Finger grease can make inconsistent ozone production.

Careful:  UV lamps contain Mercury, so dispose of properly and according to your city's guidelines.  Careful not to break the lamp and breathe the fumes.  Due to the Mercury, this lamp may NOT shipped Internationally (sorry!).

    This bulb is hard to find so I didn't have much choice as to where I bought it. So Frankly I was really pleased to get it at all. However, I am also pleased to say it was nicely packed, quickly shipped and at a price that is reasonable.

    I'll gladly shop here again.

    I was very happy to find a replacement bulb for my nearly 20 year old Delzone ozonator. The new bulb arrived quickly, was easy to install and is working great. I should probably buy a spare...

    Well, it can get pretty darned hard. Especially when all the local pool and spa dealers don't stock this 'obsolete' ozonator, or its replacement lamp. I am delighted to have found your website and am quite happy with your prompt service and with receiving two lamps intact. My ozonator is back up and running and I have a spare lamp. Considering that a new-style plasma discharge ozonator costs $500, I am quite happy with the purchase.
