5-0219 DELZONE UV Lamp is an old, discontinued lamp that fit the original DEL Ozone UV units, the DELZONE.

5-0219 UV Lamp specifications:

• 2-Prong ends on both sides
• PN on the actual lamp is 5-0219
• Lamp is approximately 15" from end of cap to end of cap (prongs add approximately another 1/2"

Get it while you can!  This is the last one in the world that we know of and we try hard to keep things out of the dump as long as possible.  We hope you can utilize this lamp before it hits the UV lamp recycle facility!  Please do not put these lamps in the trash; recycle reponsibly.
