Product Description

In 2021 DEL Ozone upgraded their 7-1140-01 Ozone Supply Check Valve to more ozone-resistant materials which means higher protection against water back-up failure.

7-1140-01 Ozone Supply Check Valve Specifications:

  • Is White (previously White / Green)
  • Cracking pressure of 1/2 PSI
  • SINGLE-barbed to fit 1/4" Ozone Supply Tubing (previously, the 7-1140-01 was double-barbed to also fit 3/8")
  • If you have a Sundance Spa made from 2008-2011, two 7-4012 check valves may be a better choice than the 7-1140-01

The 7-1140-01 Ozone Supply Check Valve is used in the following DEL Ozone Products:

  • Most Spa Ozone Generators EXCEPT DEL's new Spa Ozone Generator which has a built-in Check Valve (PN 7-2108-01)
  • Spa Solar Eclipse Ozone + UV Germicidal Ozone Generator - We no longer sell
  • Total Eclipse NEXT GENERATION Pool Ozone Generators - DISCONTINUED
  • Aquaclipse Ozone Well Water Purification System - DISCONTINUED

1 year factory warranty based on purchase date (not manufacturing date). For all warranty inquiries, DEL will take care of you directly. Contact: warrantysupport@delozone.com to receive a Return Goods Authorization number and instructions on how to send your DEL ozonator in for repair.

    While rebuilding my ozone generator with the loveyourhottub.com re-new kit I discovered that the check valve had deteriorated from the ozone exposure. I called the hot tub manufacturer and they wanted $10 + $17 shipping and handling for ONE check valve. I purchased them from loveyourhottub.com and they worked perfect. These check valves are priced low enough to allow you to replace them regularly. They are now part of my annual maintenance schedule check.
