9-1636-01 NEW Ozone Module for OZONE 25, 50, 100 and AOP-S

Product Description
The 9-1636-01 is a new and improved ozone module that is used in current models of DEL Ozone generator. The older ozone module, 9-1056-01, is now discontinued.
If you have an original Eclipse 1, Eclipse 2 or Eclipse 4 which were released in 1999, the new 9-1636-01 will NOT work. It is officially time to upgrade your ozone system.
The Eclipse 1, 2 and 4 Ozone Generators were eventually upgraded and rename Eclipse 10, Eclipse 20 and Eclipse 40. The easy way to tell which ozone system you have is by the color of the generator. If it is silver-colored, it is antiquated and you cannot upgrade it. If it is black you can replace the ozone module with the new 9-1636-01 by using the Retrofit Kits below:
- OZONE 25 (EC-10) utilizes R1020700
- OZONE 50 (EC-20) utilizes R1020800
- OZONE 100 (EC-40) utilizes R1020900
- AOP-50 (SEC-110) utilizes R1021000
- AOP-S (SEC-50-01) utilizes 9-1636-01
We are excited for this new ozone module! What an incredible advancement over the previous 9-1056-01 with twice the ozone output and longer lifespan in all environmental conditions. If you need this Ozone Module AND a 9-0858-01 Air Filter, DEL Ozone now offers a kit with both with part number R0992300.

Generator is total garbage

Ordered in Feb 2023 while product was on backorder. Received product and installed around Mar 2023. It is now Sept 2024 and both units have failed. These were allegedly better than the old generators but I can say with absolute certainty, they are not. 18 month life span are you kidding? That equates to spending $300 every 18 months to keep this piece of garbage running. That is until Del Ozone changes the design and forces you to buy another retrofit kit of some type. Regretting my choice of Del Ozone now.
10/25/24: Results have been excellent with these new ozone modules. The fact that you are having multiple failures means there MIGHT be something else going on (check valve failed; filter full). I highly suggest calling DEL Ozone directly. They are wonderful and can help diagnose problems that are not visible to the eye. Their number is 800-676-1335.

This was sent after a defective unit. Store owner called me and promptly sent out a replacement module. I installed it and presto, everything works.

Big improvement from previous model

This is a well designed and built ozone module. More expensive but only 1 is required for Del Ozone 25 vs 2 previously. It is larger and required engineering a new mount inside the unit.
