9-1636-01 NEW Ozone Module for OZONE 25, 50, 100 and Solar Eclipse

Product Description
The 9-1636-01 is a new and improved ozone module that is used in current models of DEL Ozone generator. The older ozone module, 9-1056-01, is now discontinued.
If you have an original Eclipse 1, Eclipse 2 or Eclipse 4 which were released in 1999, the new 9-1636-01 will NOT work. It is officially time to upgrade your ozone system.
The Eclipse 1, 2 and 4 Ozone Generators were eventually upgraded and rename Eclipse 10, Eclipse 20 and Eclipse 40. The easy way to tell which ozone system you have is by the color of the generator. If it is silver-colored, it is antiquated and you cannot upgrade it. If it is black you can replace the ozone module with the new 9-1636-01 by using the Retrofit Kits below:
- OZONE 25 (EC-10) utilizes 9-1678-01
- OZONE 50 (EC-20) utilizes 9-1678-02
- OZONE 100 (EC-40) utilizes 9-1678-03
We are excited for this new ozone module! What an incredible advancement over the previous 9-1056-01 with twice the ozone output and longer lifespan in all environmental conditions.

This was sent after a defective unit. Store owner called me and promptly sent out a replacement module. I installed it and presto, everything works.

This is a well designed and built ozone module. More expensive but only 1 is required for Del Ozone 25 vs 2 previously. It is larger and required engineering a new mount inside the unit.

Not the Product but the seller

The product I received was actually what it was supposed to be, but the problem was customer service. I actually ordered the wrong part. When I opened the box I knew, investigated what had happened and sent an immediate email, asking how I could return them, $450.00 worth, and order the correct part (which actually cost more), but received no reply. Two more emails also received no reply. Do not buy from this company if customer service is of any importance to you.
10/1/22: It is true. My customer service has been horrible lately. I admit it, and am taking actions to make it better (streamlining product portfolio, hiring a shipper). DEL Ozone made a huge shift to their product line in April/May which has thrown me off since March when I found out.
I wish you well, and appreciate the feedback. Truth is hard to hear and harder to hide from, so I will do what I can to improve my service. J.E.
