Hose Barbs can get brittle and crack over time and should be inspected annually for deterioration.  If your Hose Barb leaks or snaps, ozone can't get into the pool.  This means you're using more chemicals and water balancing is more difficult than it needs to be.

DEL Ozone's 7-0127 Hose Barb:

• Is black
• Has 1/2" MPT x 1/4" Hose Barb
• Is used on DEL Ozone's Injector Manifolds IU-201 and IU-206 Manufactured 2004 and prior

Which Hose Barb do YOU need?

• If your DEL Ozone Injector Manifold was built in 2004 or prior AND you're sure your injector has female components, this 7-0127 hose barb has threads on the outside so you screw it INTO the Mazzei Injector
• However, if your DEL Ozone Injector Manifold was built in 2004 or after AND you're sure your injector has male components, the 7-1434-01 hose barb has threads on the inside so you screw this hose barb ONTO the Mazzei Injector
